Straight from the pages of the hit Fox animated series, The Batman Adventures #4 brings Gotham's streets to life in glorious 1993 animated style. The cover by Ty Templeton and Rick Burchett captures Robin mid-brawl, wrestling a green-gloved thug while Batman swoops in overhead against a backdrop of fire and urban chaos — bystanders and a blonde street tough rounding out the mayhem. With Martin Pasko writing and Brad Rader on interior art, "Riot Act" promises exactly the kind of street-level Dynamic Duo action this series does so well.
