The story culminates with the Barker pursuing Snader, engaging in physical combat and acrobatic escapes beneath circus platforms to ultimately prevent the villain's escape and stop his scheme.
When a drifter finds a piccolo and discovers he can charm animals with his playing, he uses his newfound power to orchestrate a brazen bank robbery at the local circus—dragging the Barker and his carnival friends into trouble. Now locked up and accused as his confederates, the Barker and the crew must track down the mysterious piper and force him to clear their names before a posse catches up with them. With nothing but pepper, quick thinking, and a bloodhound to help, they're in for a wild chase to catch the pied piper before the law does.
Fulzy thought the $100 prize for the cleanest person in town was easy money, but his unorthodox hygiene methods don't win the judges over—leaving him to seek glory elsewhere. Meanwhile, a frantic man fleeing an angry woman stumbles into a circus, where the cunning Carnie spots an opportunity: with the right motivation, this reluctant runner could become their next sensation, "the Human Streak." When Carnie reunites the man with his pursuer as part of the act, the crowd goes wild and the circus's fortunes turn around.
