The All Killer No Filler Deadpool Collection #5
In "Hey, It's Deadpool (or... Deadpool #1)," written by Joe Kelly and illustrated by Ed McGuinness, the Merc with a Mouth returns to his roots with a mission that takes him from the revolution-torn streets of Bolivia to the frozen wastes of Antarctica. After accidentally triggering a gamma meltdown while battling Sasquatch, Deadpool must think fast to prevent a continent-wide disaster—proving even he can be a hero when it counts. With a sharp eye for the absurd and a knack for turning chaos into a plan, this collection captures Deadpool at his most chaotic, self-aware, and unexpectedly heroic. The cover by Ed McGuinness and Nathan Massengill perfectly captures his trademark flair.

After assisting a revolution in Bolivia (and getting paid in revolutionary bucks), Deadpool heads back to merc central to have words with Patch. Pool's next mission takes him to Antarctica to tangle with Sasquatch and blow up a gamma research station in the process. Finding out that the melting gamma core will irradiate the entire southern hemisphere, Deadpool fixes the problem and saves the day. DP is approached by Zoe and Noah and offered a position with Landau, Luckman and Lake but he quickly turns them down as being a good guy isn't exactly his style.
