“The Abominable Schmoman!”

DC's self-proclaimed "America's Funniest Comic Mag!" delivers pure slapstick chaos in this 1970 issue, with Bob Oksner's cover depicting Jerry — bundled up in winter gear and snowshoes — hilariously oblivious to the hulking Abominable Snowman looming directly behind him, rifle in hand. A small boy (Renfrew) scrambles away shouting "Don't worry, Uncle Jer — you're getting it!" while Jerry cheerfully announces he can already smell the creature. With a story titled "The Abominable Schmoman!" and Oksner handling both pencils and inks, this is a wonderfully goofy slice of 1970 DC humor comics at its most charmingly ridiculous.
