This anthology issue contains three Texas Ranger stories. "Mister X" follows rangers as they pursue three criminals who have stolen horses, with Joe Dusik eventually captured and revealing he is a ranger himself who went undercover to infiltrate the criminal gang, though he faces skepticism from his fellow officers about his true identity and mission.
