A cheerful duck character leans over the pier, tossing a copy of How to Swim in 10 Easy Lessons toward the struggling Sourpuss, who's flailing in the water below and crying "Help!" — with a life preserver conveniently hanging nearby but going unused. It's the kind of breezy, good-natured comic humor that made Terrytoons characters so endearing, all for just ten cents.
