Terror Inc. #5

The cover tagline promises "a Duel with the Devil," and Jorge Zaffino's artwork delivers on that threat in vivid, visceral style — a winged, snarling Terror launches skyward while two massive, red demonic figures loom menacingly on either side, their fanged faces filling the foreground with hellish intensity. Zaffino's raw, heavily inked linework gives the whole image a ferocious energy that suits Terror Inc.'s dark corner of the 1992 Marvel universe perfectly. If you've been following this series, issue #5 — subtitled "On the Wings of a Demon!" with the story "Give the Devil His Due" — looks like a genuinely satisfying payoff.
