A man is killed at a payphone by Baxter, who then finds a target in a phone book. At Jones' apartment, Raphael and Michelangelo relax while April prepares to shop. Shortly after leaving, Baxter ambushes April, injuring her before fleeing. Alerted by sirens, Casey rushes to help April while Leo watches over Shadow. As Casey and April deal with skeptical police, DARPA agents Friskas and Lowell decide to monitor them, suspecting a connection to Baxter. Meanwhile, Mike and Raph, exploring the sewers, approach a blocked path with Baxter lurking behind it.
