Part of DC's 2019 "Year of the Villain: The Offer" initiative, this issue wraps up "Daddy Issues" with a cover that immediately commands attention. Penciled by Giuseppe Camuncoli and inked by Cam Smith, it depicts a battered, grey-skinned powerhouse of a man — chains in hand — pinned against a cracked wall while a white-faced, dark-haired figure perches triumphantly atop him, the cover copy cheekily asking "Who's the Main Man Now?" Surrounding them are several Teen Titans members, with an ominous pair of glowing red eyes looming large at the top of the image, hinting at an even bigger threat lurking behind the confrontation.
