"Teen Confessions" #45 is an anthology containing at least two stories. "Stolen Kisses" follows Sally, who confesses to a police officer that she told her boyfriend Tommy about being seen kissing Jerry by witnesses, after initially hiding the encounter from him out of shame; Tommy forgives her and they reconcile. A second story features Sandra Kent, a girl who meets Art Munroe and begins water-skiing lessons with him at the beach, but realizes Art is only patient and attentive during their lessons because he wants her to improve so he won't have to care about her anymore, leading her to end their relationship.
