The issue contains at least two stories. "Kissing for Kicks" follows a man named Cube who asks his girlfriend Tina to run an errand while he stays behind to look after a chick, causing Tina to become jealous and leave him; after an accident at home involving cleaning fluid fumes that hospitalizes Tina, Cube rescues her and they reconcile. The second story features a couple, Ruthie and Gig, whose relationship is tested when Gig is injured and fears she may go blind, but they resolve to support each other through the crisis. A third story titled "Kissing for Kicks" (or continuing from earlier pages) shows Frank and Tina's relationship strained by Frank's focus on studying and socializing, with Frank ultimately choosing to leave Tina for another girl named Frankie on a Friday night.
