Red Hood and Task Force Z discover another group similar to their own led by Dr. Celia Shelley, but their meeting is interrupted by a third team led by KGBeast, who also claim to be working for the government to apprehend the other teams. With Task Force Z captured, KGBeast interrogates them for Amanda Waller, while Two-Face works on his own plan to save his team, and Mr. Bloom has plans to benefit himself.
