The New 52 launches its Talon series with this striking zero issue, written by Scott Snyder and James Tynion IV with a cover by Guillem March. The cover puts the owl-masked, scale-armored Talon front and center — bursting forward with claws extended through a torn page, cape billowing, against a bold orange circle that makes the figure pop off the white background. It's a sharp, kinetic introduction to a Court of Owls corner of the DC universe, and "The Long Run" promises plenty of intrigue from the start.
