A late-1950s DC anthology at its most vivid, this 1958 issue of Tales of the Unexpected features a cover by Bob Brown showing two spacesuited figures braving erupting columns of fire on an alien landscape, desperately trying to reach a towering green mechanical entity — the "Electronic Oracle of Jupiter" — as one warns the other that even his alsuit offers no protection from the heat geysers. The cover also promises the featured story "I Filmed the Cosmic Wonders!" alongside the interior tale "The Prison in Space," making this a packed package of science-fiction thrills.
