Taffy Comics #8

This issue features Taffy, a mischievous young character who becomes involved in a comedic scheme at what appears to be a restaurant or diner. In one story, "Word Gets Around," Taffy spreads gossip that spreads rapidly through town via various means of communication, ultimately backfiring when the false rumors she started turn into a boomerang effect. Another story involves Taffy taking a job at an establishment where she's instructed to make flapjacks, leading to slapstick mishaps including hiding a frying pan in a manhole cover to prevent her employer from discovering her antics.
