The sixth and final chapter of the "Supreme Madness" arc arrives in this 1994 Image title, its cover dominated by a truly unsettling demonic figure — fanged, glowing-eyed, and dripping with blood as it clutches what appear to be shattered, gore-slicked bones or spikes in its clawed hands. The raw, visceral energy of that close-up face — wild dark hair splayed back, cracked flesh, and that enormous jagged grin — makes a strong case for why this crossover storyline generated buzz throughout Image's 1994 lineup. Rob Liefeld and Marat Mychaels bring plenty of ferocity to this concluding chapter, and if this cover is any indication, the finale pulls no punches.
