May 2022 · DC · 6.99 USD
“Superman vs. Lobo Book Three”

In "Superman vs. Lobo Book Three," the universe itself is rewritten when Lobo steals "The Womb," the cosmic source of Numen's reality-altering power, reshaping existence to reflect his deepest resentments. Now the leader of the twisted "League of Last Sons," Lobo rules as a beloved tyrant while Superman—once a symbol of hope—has become the hated fascist he always imagined. Lois Lane, sensing the world is wrong, fights in secret to restore what's been lost. Written by Tim Seeley and Sarah Beattie, with bold, dynamic art by Mirka Andolfo and vibrant colors by Arif Prianto, this 2022 issue delivers a wild, high-stakes twist on DC's most iconic heroes. The cover, also by Mirka Andolfo, captures the chaos of a universe turned inside out.

During a free-for-all with the Numen Revenge Squad, Lobo makes off with "The Womb", the energy sourse from Numen's universe that gives him his "reality-altering power" and, with it, "corrects" the universe to suit his resentful delusions. A universe where Lobo is loved, and Superman is hated. Lobo is "Main-Man" leader of a Lobo-looking-glass version of the Justice League called "The League of Last Sons". Superman is the protector turned fascist that Lobo always envisioned he should be. Lois Lane somehow senses this is "not right" and works underground seeking to restore normalcy.
