“Night Moves”

Night of the Bat!" promises a memorable team-up as Superman: The Man of Steel #14 (August 1992) brings Robin into the Man of Steel's world. Jon Bogdanove and Dennis Janke's cover tells a striking story all on its own: a visibly distressed Superman staggers through what appears to be a shadowy Gotham rooftop setting while Robin moves urgently alongside him — something is clearly very wrong with the Last Son of Krypton. The cover tagline warns that "a sinister plague falls over the city of Metropolis," setting an ominous tone for Louise Simonson's "Night Moves" that should have fans of both heroes eager to dive in.
