Atom kann der Bombe entkommen indem er schrumpft. Er versucht den flüchtigen Tolos in Supermans Körper noch zu fangen, doch dieser kann der Flasche entkommen und trifft auf Professor Hamilton. Dieser kann Tolos und Superman wieder trennen und zurück in die Flasche schicken wo Tolos in der Phasenbarriere nun festhängt. Atom und Supie können Kandor retten. Scorn versucht weiterhin Metropolis zu beschützen.
