“The Colossus of Metropolis!”

In "The Colossus of Metropolis!", Jimmy Olsen takes a daring stand when Titano kidnaps Lucy Lane, donning a duplicate of Colossal Boy's costume after ingesting an enlarging compound. As the city trembles under the giant ape's rampage, Jimmy's former love, Allura—ruler of a world of giants—arrives with a surprising proposal, only to depart when the compound's effects wear off and Jimmy returns to normal size. Curt Swan's dynamic art and George Klein's crisp inks bring this classic 1964 adventure to life, capturing the playful scale and high stakes of Jimmy’s brief moment as a giant hero.

When Titano returns and snatches Lucy Lane, Jimmy takes an enlarging compound and puts on a duplicate of Colossal Boy's costume to subdue the giant ape. Just at that moment, Allura -- Jimmy's former flame and ruler of a giant world -- arrives and proposes marriage. But the enlarging compound wears off and Jimmy reverts to normal size, so Allura returns to her giant world with Titano in tow.
