In "Part Four" of Superman: Godfall, Kal-El and Lyla navigate the surreal aftermath of Kandor’s collapse, with Preus in their midst as they search for a way out. Meanwhile, Lyla wanders through Metropolis, awestruck by its grandeur, convinced it’s Heaven and that Superman is its divine ruler.
In "Part Five" of *Superman: Godfall*, Superman returns to Metropolis with the Kandorians, only to find Lyla locked in combat with Brainiac. As the truth behind Superman’s time spent living within the city-sized Kandorian capsule begins to unfold, the fragile peace shatters when Preus launches a sudden, unexpected assault.
