Bizarro-Jr. finds Lex's original Imperfect Duplicator and creates a Bizarro-Supergirl. Superman and Supergirl decide to return "Buster" to Bizarro World but Bizarro-Supergirl wants to keep him for her own. Bizarro spots his now-acceptable-looking child and tries to get him back, but Bizarro-Supergirl won't relinquish him. Superman creates Blue Kryptonite and uses it to free Bizarro-Jr. No. 1 from Bizarro-Supergirl, returning him to his parents. Bizarro Supergirl is later found dead next to the blue kryptonite pile that Superman had created.
