The tagline says it all — "In the Palm of Her Hand!" — and the cover delivers with a shrunken Superman standing in Lois Lane's outstretched palm while she stares down at him in wide-eyed astonishment. Mike Manley and Terry Austin render both characters in the sharp, expressive style of the animated series, making this September 2000 issue feel right at home alongside the WB Kids broadcast it proudly promotes. With Kelley Puckett writing and Aluir Amâncio on interior art, this is animated-universe Superman at its most playfully imaginative.
