In "Das Pantheon - Teil V: Apokalypse für zwei Welten!", Superman faces a desperate race against time as the sensitive "Gegenwart" unleashes the Pantheon to flood Earth with refugees from his overpopulated homeworld. With Batman's help, Superman returns through the cosmic tree corridors to intercept the threat, confronting the dangerous Mu on the Moon in a battle that could reshape both worlds. Written by David Anthony Kraft and illustrated by Gene Colan, with inks by Steve Mitchell and colors by Carl Gafford, the issue's cover by Ed Hannigan and Dick Giordano captures the scale of the impending crisis.
In "Das Pantheon - Teil V: Apokalypse für zwei Welten!", the fragile balance of time itself is threatened as Gegenwart, a being from the Pantheon, attempts to transfer the overpopulation crisis of his world to Earth. With Batman’s help, Superman returns from the edge of space to confront the escalating threat, racing to stop Mu on the Moon before the collapse of both worlds becomes inevitable.
In the eighth part of "Das Pantheon," the remaining members of the Justice League—Superman, Grüner Pfeil, Wundergirl, Roter Tornado, Feuersturm, and Zatanna—arrive on the planet Olda, only to find themselves confronted by Zeta, who has already taken control and now seeks dominion over both worlds. As tensions rise and the stakes grow, the team must stand together against a foe who believes he is destined to rule.
