Several DC heroes approach Kandor, confronting Superman to demand justice for the people killed by the Kryptonians. Superman agrees that justice is needed, but it will have to be approached carefully. He confronts Alura, as Supergirl joins, but they have a strong difference of opinion. Alura summons her army, and the battle starts. Superman has had enough, and grabs Alura and refuses to let go. But Supergirl, torn by the entire scene, punches him out. The battle is not going well for the heroes, but then the magic-based heroes arrive.
