Superman's own sense of restraint becomes his greatest vulnerability on this striking Gil Kane cover, where a man in a blue suit is sent flying by a punch while a shadowy figure looks on — and a looming Superman face above agonizes, "How can I strike back — against my own brother!" The brotherly conflict teased by the cover copy and story title "Brother Act!" sets up a genuinely compelling dilemma for the Man of Steel.
