Superman #371
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeSuperman stands his ground against a monstrous, yellow-skinned giant whose enormous clawed hands reach menacingly toward the bottled city of Kandor — that gleaming, miniaturized Kryptonian metropolis trapped in its glass vessel — in this May 1982 issue from DC Comics. The cover headline "Kandor Lives Again!" is immediately undercut by the ominous question below: "The only question is — for how long?", setting up real tension around the city's fate. Ross Andru and Frank Giacoia deliver a wonderfully dynamic composition, with Superman looking tiny but determined against his towering foe, and a bonus Clark Kent backup feature promised at the top for good measure.
