Superman learns that the Earth has been transported to the Phantom Zone due to an accident at S.T.A.R. Labs. With the properties of the Phantom Zone affecting Earth's atmosphere, Superman and the League respond to various emergencies, while the scientists of the superhero community try to find a way to get the Earth out of the Phantom Zone. Meanwhile, Rogo Zaar, seeing an opportunity, gathers the inhabitants of the Zone to form an army to attack Earth.
