Assured by the presence of the Legion of Super-Heroes from the 31st Century, all the worlds in the galaxy agree to an immediate galactic truce and the formation of the United Planets. Zaar is imprisoned on Thanagar. Jor-El is sentenced for his crimes against the galaxy. Zod decides to form a new Krypton outpost with his family, dedicated to the memory of Krypton. The Legion asks Superboy to join them, but he defers making a decision.
