Morty Brooks tiene una gran idea para su próxima película y Oliverio Reina organiza una reunión con Clark Kent. Supermán lleva a Átom a Kandor para ver si puede ayudar a agrandarlo. Un experimento kandoriano causa problemas en el laboratorio de Morty, lo que requiere que Supermán, con la ayuda de Flecha Verde, absorba la energía loca que causó. Superman usa al "hombre de chatarra", robot de Morty para deshacerse de la energía, pero esto le da vida. El robot quiere más energía kandoriana y casi destruye la ciudad embotellada, pero Supermán, con la ayuda de Flecha Verde y Átom, logran detenerlo.
