Back in 2013, the Horizon Labs employee are playing baseball when federal authorities arrive to arrest Max Modell. Taking advantage of the situation, Liz Allan's company has acquired a majority of Horizon's stock and Tiberius Stone is put in charge. Otto confronts Stone face to face just as Miguel arrives from the future.
