Later, Karate Kid intervenes to stop Pulsar from carrying out a deadly contract on Commissioner Banner. Written by Barry Jameson and illustrated by Ric Estrada, with inks by Joe Staton and colors by Liz Berube, the issue’s cover by Mike Grell captures the tension in a striking, dynamic scene.
