Pa Kent and Professor Lang are leading a campaign to drive Al Capone's bootlegging operation away from Smallville. When Scarface Louie orders their deaths, Superbaby keeps inadvertently thwarting the thugs, who chalk it all up to bad luck. Finally the crooks are arrested and the distillery captured. Pa Kent manages to keep suspicion away from Superbaby, although tiny Lana has her doubts.
