As manchetes dos jornais estampam o Coisa na cadeia. Investigando o caso, o Demolidor segue uma das testemunhas do julgamento do herói e descobre que o homem tem uma força anormal. No entanto, o Coisa foge da cadeia para poder provar a sua inocência, seguindo a pista dada pelo herói cego. Assim, a dupla chega ao covil do Pensador Louco! Mas, este, na verdade, pretendia capturar o Demolidor e não Ben, já que acredita que o "Homem Sem Medo" tem dons premonitórios e pode antecipar as coisas que vão acontecer!
