Super-Brat uses his powers to help protect a picnic from ants. A man tells a story about two burglars who threatened his sissy nephew, but laugh when recalling the incident. A museum of modern art sends judges to award a prize for the most beautiful house exterior; Super-Brat's antics with a painter disrupt the judging when he tears down the exterior wall. Super-Brat goes to a country fair with his father, where his misbehavior—demanding a balloon, hot dog, and roller coaster ride while refusing to use his hands—causes trouble until his father takes him on a thrilling ride to the sky.
