Suicide Squad Black Files #1
In "The Revenge of Kobra [Part One]," Katana and the Suicide Squad launch a mission to dismantle a Kobra stronghold, only for Katana to seemingly end the threat—though the truth is far from settled. Back in St. Roch, Tatsu grapples with the weight of protecting Halo, her adopted daughter, while seeking guidance from Maseo’s spirit within the Soultaker sword. But Kobra survives, driven by a dark purpose: to resurrect Lady Eve by claiming her soul from the very blade that holds it. And somewhere within the Soultaker’s hidden realm, Eve begins to stir. Written by Mike W. Barr and illustrated by Philippe Briones, with a striking cover by Frazer Irving, this issue blends high-stakes action with haunting mystery.
