“Legerdemain, Part 3: Snafu”

Superman, Batman, Aquaman, and several other costumed figures loom behind a mustachioed man in the foreground — all of them, per the cover's bold tagline, full of questions that only "Marlo" claims to have answers to. The tension radiating from that lineup of DC heavyweights pressing down on one seemingly ordinary man makes for a genuinely compelling image. John Ostrander and Kim Yale's "Legerdemain" arc continues here in part three, with cover art penciled by Geof Isherwood and inked by Karl Kesel delivering a purple-hued standoff that's hard to look away from.
