Sugar & Spike #95

Sheldon Mayer's beloved toddler duo hits the ski slopes in this charming 1971 DC issue, with Sugar and Spike bundled up in their snowsuits and gliding downhill while a trail of baffled older kids behind them sprout question marks — clearly bewildered by whatever the little ones are up to. Sugar's gleeful declaration, "I toldja it would drive 'em nutty!", sets the perfectly mischievous tone that made this series such a delight. Issue #95 also invites young readers to participate with an in-issue "Write Your Own Comics Page" feature, making it a genuinely interactive package.
