Streamline, the speediest crime fighter in the world, adopts a skin-tight uniform and takes on his first case: solving the mystery of the blazing banks. After discovering that fires are being set at multiple banks including the 21st National Bank, Streamline pursues the culprits through flames and action-packed combat, ultimately confronting a gang of criminals responsible for the arsons and using a special liquid that dissolves asbestos to combat their schemes.
