Strangers in Paradise #7
In "My Old Addiction," Terry Moore crafts a quietly intense moment in the lives of Francine, Casey, David, and Katchoo as personal desires and emotional tensions collide. Francine confronts her own feelings about Katchoo’s art, while Casey’s longing for connection leads her to act impulsively. David, overwhelmed by sudden wealth, seeks solace with Katchoo—only for Casey to misinterpret the moment, and for Francine to return just as things spiral. With Moore’s distinctive storytelling and art, this issue captures a fragile, intimate crossroads in their shared lives.
