Strange #6
In "Le Prince des Mers rejoint les 'Mauvais Mutants'", Daredevil faces a twisted new threat as the Fear Trio stages a fake film shoot to rob a bank and unleash their gas of terror. With Foggy injured and a wax replica of DD set to lure him into a deadly trap, the hero must confront the villains at the wax museum—where reality and illusion blur. Written by Stan Lee and illustrated by Wally Wood, with a striking cover by John Buscema and Dan Adkins, this 1970 issue blends suspense and spectacle in a standout entry from the series.
In a tale of underwater intrigue and shifting allegiances, Xavier’s curiosity about Namor’s origins sparks a chain reaction when Magneto, drawn to the same question, launches an invasion of the undersea kingdom with a bold offer. Captivated by the Sorcière Rouge’s presence, Namor considers the invitation—only for the X-Men’s arrival to force a moment of reckoning. As the clash unfolds beneath the waves, Namor must decide where his loyalty truly lies.
In "Le Trio de la Peur," DD investigates a fake film shoot masking a bank heist by the fear-driven Trio de la Peur, who are exposed to a gas that amplifies terror. When the villain M. Peur creates a wax replica of DD to lure him into a trap, the detective and Foggy are drawn into a violent confrontation—leaving Foggy injured. Determined to stop the trio, DD returns to the wax museum to dismantle their scheme.
In "Ô amère victoire," the Silver Surfer is drawn into a brutal political conflict on a distant world, where his ally Yarro Gort supports a repressive regime targeting the Silver Surfer as its chief enemy. With Shalla Bal injured, the Surfer must send her back to Zenn-la alone, leaving her fate uncertain as he faces the consequences of a war he never asked to join.
