Strange #251
In "En avant, patriotes!", Alpha Flight reunites under new leadership in Edmonton, but not everyone is ready to stay. As the city’s mayor grants them a base, Kara, Laura, and Goblyn choose to walk away from heroism—only to be left behind as Talisman warns Heather that Canada stands at the center of a rising mystical threat. Meanwhile, eco-activist Dexter Raynes uncovers an ancient statue in the woods, and in a shocking act of desperation, sacrifices his wife to awaken the power of the Sorcerer. Written by James D. Hudnall and illustrated by John Calimee with inks by Mike Manley and colors by Bob Sharen, this pivotal issue features a cover by Todd McFarlane.
