Han Solo and Luke Skywalker are sprawled out on what appears to be a ship's hatch — framed by a circular viewport revealing a massive mechanical structure looming behind them — while an alien creature lurks nearby and the speech bubble "You first!" hints at a tense standoff. C-3PO and R2-D2 watch from the upper corner as the scene unfolds with a nicely uneasy mix of humor and danger. Ron Frenz and Tom Palmer deliver a cover full of personality for this June 1983 Marvel installment, "Fool's Bounty," a title that promises exactly the kind of scrappy, high-stakes adventure this galaxy does so well.
