Star Trek: Boldly Go #2
In "Star Trek: Boldly Go Part Two," Sulu recounts the horrifying attack on the USS Concord by the Borg, who severed the ship and took the saucer section—leaving survivors stranded. As the Endeavour pursues the Borg vessel, Uhura’s discovery on New Vulcan links the assault to a long-lost Vulcan ship, prompting Spock and Uhura to seek help from the Vulcan fleet. When the Endeavour moves to stop the Borg from attacking a Federation outpost, Captain Terrell—now assimilated—delivers a chilling warning: don’t interfere. Written by Mike Johnson and illustrated by Tony Shasteen, with colors by Davide Mastrolonardo and letters by AndWorld Design, this 2016 IDW issue features a cover by George Caltsoudas.

Rescued from the wreckage of the USS Concord, Sulu relates how the ship was attacked by a race known as the Borg, who carved up the ship and took the saucer section with them. Kirk orders the Endeavour to pursue in the hopes of rescuing any survivors. On New Vulcan, Uhura connects the signal from the Borg ship to the disappearance of a Vulcan ship a century before, prompting Spock and Uhura to request a Vulcan Battleship to aide Kirk and his crew. When the Endeavour tries to stop the Borg ship from attacking a Federation outpost, Captain Terrell, now a Borg, warns them not to interfere.
