“"What Goes Around..."”

DC's Star Trek series hits a fever pitch with issue #41 (August 1987), as the cover headline says it all — "Orion Pirates Attack!" A swarm of rugged, armor-clad Orion pirates fills the foreground in dynamic combat, weapons raised, explosions erupting around them, while the familiar silhouette of the Enterprise is visible in the starfield background under fire. Cover pencils by Joe Brozowski and inks by Bob Lewis give the scene real kinetic energy, and with writer Mike Carlin and artist Tom Sutton handling the interior story "What Goes Around...," fans of the original Trek crew are in very capable hands.
