Harry Mudd is back, and this July 1987 issue of DC's Star Trek makes his return impossible to ignore — the cover by Joe Brozowski and Bob Lewis depicts a horde of identical toy-soldier androids, green-uniformed and marching in eerie lockstep, bearing down on a struggling Captain Kirk and a very recognizable flamboyantly dressed Mudd himself, with the Enterprise visible in the background above the chaos.
