Star Trek #4
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeMarvel's 1980 Star Trek series leans into full-throttle cosmic strangeness with this fourth issue, boldly promising "The Starship Enterprise's Weirdest Voyage!" right on the cover. Dave Cockrum and Klaus Janson deliver a wonderfully chaotic scene: Spock and several crew members in gold uniforms fire phasers while a massive green tentacled monster looms on one side and a skeletal, caped, red-hatted specter dominates the other — with a terrified blonde woman caught in between and one crewmember nervously muttering "Uh… Jim?" The Enterprise herself appears in a small inset above, grounding the madness in familiar Trek territory even as everything else on this cover gleefully goes off the rails.
