Part Two of "The Tabukan Syndrome" arrives in this 1992 DC entry, with cover art by Rod Whigham and Jerome Moore placing the U.S.S. Enterprise squarely in the crosshairs — literally reflected within what appears to be a targeting display surrounded by alien script and complex instrumentation.
