Star Trek #15

Part three of "A Savage World of Glass and Bone" arrives with one of the series' most striking covers yet — a tiny away team raises phasers against a towering mass of multi-headed reptilian creatures beneath a blood-red alien sky. Marcus To's cover art makes the scale feel genuinely overwhelming, with three enormous snarling heads looming over the handful of Starfleet figures standing their ground on a barren, volcanic landscape. Writers Collin Kelly and Jackson Lanzing keep the tension building in this IDW series, and this issue's imagery alone makes a compelling case for what's waiting inside.
