Spooky #76

Harvey Comics' "tuff little ghost" is back in fine form with this October 1963 installment, and the cover alone is a delight — Spooky, bowler hat and all, has phased right through the ground, his startled face peering up from the underground dirt while squiggly red worms wriggle all around him. Above the surface, a fishing rod, a bait can, and more worms complete the perfectly chaotic scene, hinting at whatever misadventure "Lost Valley" has in store for our little spectral pal.
